Children and Infants

KenwaKids

Kenwakids empowers children and develops self-awareness, self-control, respect, focus and a comprehensive physical education in an atmosphere enthusiasm, cooperation and fun. This innovative program incorporates a traditional Japanese Karate system (Kenwakan Karate) and makes it relevant for kids ages 5 – 13. Teenagers who outgrow the program transition seamlessly to Ken Wa teens and adult classes. The program was designed by Sensei Michelle Gay, World Champion, Certified Movement Analyst, and author of “Brain Breaks For The Classroom.”
