It includes the nine human weapons (hands, elbows, knees, feets and head). It combines perfectly the martial and artistic part of the Art in a cardio oriented and functional strength reenforcement training.Very realistic in terms of self-defense, Muay Boran fighters learn to strike all parts of the opponent’s body, including grappling, throwing to the ground, gripping and twisting the opponent’s limbs to break or damage joints.Suitable for all ages, anybody can benefit from it whether it is to lose weight, gain flexibility, relieve stress, gain self-confidence.
