SFMAI Level One Instructor Training Program
The 6-class/18 hour program will introduce you to the major principles of Laban Movement Analysis (LMA) in the categories of Space, Effort (Movement Dynamics) and Bartenieff Fundamentals (Basic Movement Patterns) and their application to the martial arts. Using the bias-free language and distinctions of LMA you will take your own training to a new level and develop effective new strategies for coaching and teaching that you can begin using right away.
